Our flagship Chardonnay for Privé Vineyard. We sourced the 95 clone Chardonnay from an organic and sustainably farmed vineyard in the upper elevation of Parrot Mountain in Chehalem Mountains AVA. The fermentation and élevage took place in 50% neutral French oak barrel and 50% stainless steel. The acid is well-balanced with the full, rounded mouthfeel and long crisp finish. The beautiful zest of the citrus chased by the fragrance and softness of melon and finishing with a touch of baked brioche.
