We love the contrast and food pairing versatility of the “warm climate” grapes from Washington. While we have always specialized in Estate Pinot Noir, there are a few vineyards in the Pacific Northwest that caught our eye. We are honored to have access to the very special Two Blondes Vineyard to make our Loire Style Reserve Cabernet Franc. Pinot Noir lovers will gravitate to this Cabernet Franc with an elegant presentation of luscious raspberry and cherry fruits, just a touch of earth and subtle graphite notes on the finish. A pure expression of the vineyard, without being over ripened or heavily extracted. The Reserve Cabernet Franc will cellar for 4 – 8 years, but is designed to satisfy that impatient wine lover in all of us.
